INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, dairy butter (milk), water, sugar, sultanas, artisan orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar, vanilla), egg yolks, sourdough, acacia honey, vanilla bean, salt. Icing ingredients: sugar, egg whites, rice flour, rice starch, corn starch, almond meal. Garnished with pearl sugar.
